Message	sounds like a half assed attempt to get away w/ profiling. before: a cop sees a car that looks moded w/ wings exghust tint and gauges. he cant pull the car over because he didnt break any laws after: now we have proable cause to pull him over because he looks modded. sounds like people werent beaking the laws so they made one that has already been broken, and geared it toward the "import" scene.
